Packages and Prices
Every family has unique needs, and we can help you arrange postpartum care services for the times you need them the most.
We offer you a free, no-obligation consultation to help you determine your needs, preferences and the best way to use your doula and/or newborn care specialist. A Triangle Mothercare consultant will meet with you personally and help you decide how our service could benefit you and how to design the service to help you best.
Packaged services are great for personal use or as a gift!
The Good Start: $400
Four 4-hour days (16 hours total) over a period of 2 weeks. Includes all services explained at New Baby Services. This package is great if you are a new mom or if you’re on a limited budget and need help getting breastfeeding off to a good start. You’ll learn the basics of baby care such as bathing, soothing techniques, and learning about your newborn.
Pampered Mom: $800
Eight 4-hour days (32 hours total) over a period of 2 to 4 weeks. This package is a good choice for a first time mom who wants continued support and care as you learn about your newborn and what to expect in the coming weeks of your baby’s early development.
Pampered Mom Deluxe: $1000
Eight 4-hour days PLUS one 8-hour overnight over a period of 2 to 4 weeks (40 hours total). This package has the same benefits as the “Pampered Mom” package above, but also provides you with one overnight to help you with early breastfeeding success as you adjust to night time feedings. This plan also allows both parents a night to get some much needed extra sleep.
Dinnertime Doula: $960
Eight 4-hour days (32 hours total) over a period of 2 to 4 weeks. This package provides you with 8 visits from a Triangle Mothercare Postpartum Caregiver who grocery shops and prepares healthful and delicious dinners (with extra servings for leftovers or the freezer!) for you and your family as well as providing new baby support during the evening hours, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Especially helpful if your family has older siblings who need parental attention in the evenings just as mealtime looms ahead!
Extended Care Day Time: $1200
Three days weekly for 4 consecutive weeks, 4-hour shifts (48 hours total). This package is ideal if you are a mother having her second or third child. It allows you to spend quality time with your other child(ren) and still get the support and care from a Triangle Mothercare Postpartum Caregiver for yourself, your baby or the sibling(s).
Extended Care Night Time: $2400
Three nights weekly for 4 consecutive weeks, 8-hour shifts (96 hours total) by a newborn care specialist. This package allows you to get additional rest by having night time breastfeeding go more smoothly and quickly, or it allows you and your partner to sleep through the night if the baby is bottle-feeding. More rest helps you function more efficiently during the day and reduces the chance of postpartum depression.
Lactation Consultant Services
Triangle Mothercare’s IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certified lactation consultant is available for in-home visits for all your breastfeeding needs. The in-home consulting fee is $65 per hour, with follow up visits after the initial consultation for $40. This can be used in conjunction with a package or as a separate service. Sleep Education
Triangle Mothercare provides early sleep education for parents of infants under the age of 4 1/2 months. Young babies are not neurologically and physically able to go to sleep on their own and sleep alone for long night stretches. If you are interested in sleep training for a baby or child between 5 months and 30 months old, we suggest that you visit Lullaby Sleep Training.
Custom Packages
One of the reasons that Triangle Mothercare is the #1 Postpartum Care service in the Triangle Area is because we understand how important it is for you to get what you want and need from our services. We are happy to arrange any combination of day and/or night care, with the appropriate caregiver, that best supports you and your family.
Multiples and Preemies
All parents have different needs, whether you have a single baby, twins or triplets. Do you need day time care or overnight care? Please call us so we can give you prices based on your specific needs.
Continuous Care and Long Term Care
A newborn care specialist is available for you if you need help 5 to 7 days or nights per week for a period of 6 weeks to 12 weeks. Special discounts may be available.
