Tracy

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and CNA.  Every mother is unique and her journey is unlike any other, which is why it is important for me to understand and act on those differences. As your Night Nurse, Tracy understands how precious your little miracle is to you, and the necessity to respect and act on your wishes. She also had 3 preemies so has personal experience as a mother caring for babies with extra needs. Tracy also breastfed all of her children and has helped so many mothers with breastfeeding their own babies.

LaRonda

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and CNA. The newborn phase typically lasts 6-8 weeks with many common hurdles during this time. The common challenges are recovering from birth, breastfeeding and bottle feeding and lack of sleep. With LaRonda's help and support, she can show you tips and tricks to help with infant feeding and soothing baby to sleep (so you can sleep!). She believes sleeping is so important for the mother because it provides energy for her to enjoy mother and baby bonding. When LaRonda comes to help a family, she knows they are opening their home to her during a very sensitive and special time. She brings an abundance of reassurance. LaRonda honestly appreciates the journey in assisting mothers with their newborns and will care for any child or person like there were her family!

Theresa

Lisa

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and CNA. Lisa is an open and honest person and loves to accept challenges! Lisa can help you figure out feeding difficulties and loves to provide breastfeeding support (even at night, but briefly so mom can get back to sleep!).  One of her favorite things to do is help mom and dad with baby’s first bath. Lisa has an acronym that she likes to follow…she believes in HOPE (Helping Other People Everyday). These times with your baby are precious and Lisa appreciates the opportunity to be a part of your village, as well as make any impact in aiding your postpartum journey.

Emily

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and Special Care Nursery Nurse (RN). Emily's favorite way to help parents, especially first time parents, is helping them feel comfortable holding their baby, feeding and burping their baby and changing diapers. She also strives towards making sure new parents understand safe sleep techniques. Sleep is one of the hardest things to get down, especially when bringing home a baby for the first time. Sometimes it can be a little terrifying to lay down and get sleep as new parents when you have a brand new baby at home, which leads to very little sleep. Emily can show new parents how to learn the cues (hunger, sleepy, awake) from baby in order to help them feel confident in how they are responding.

Kelly

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and CNA. Kelly is excited to teach you all about swaddling, soothing your baby to sleep and how to read hunger and sleepy cues.  She is also an active listener.  As a new mother, she wants you to feel absolutely at peace with all decisions you make about your baby. While helping mothers in the postpartum unit Kelly learned about incision care post c-sections and can help you with the do’s and don’ts of c-section incision care. Caring for families, especially the postpartum community, has always been close her heart. Kelly is here to encourage, support and cheer you on!

Carlye

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN.  In the hospital, Carlye specialized in caring for medically complex newborns.  She also cross-trained in the Newborn Nursery where she cared for full term babies who needed a little extra support.  Along with being certified in BLS, Carlye is also certified in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).  She has experience helping breastfeeding moms and babies utilizing the EMPower Best Practices training which is a program that provides knowledge and skills in evidence-based maternity practices supportive of optimal infant nutrition.  Carlye has experience with multiples!  Carlye will teach you everything you need to know about how to care for your new baby (or babies!).

Amaryah

Triangle Mothercare Night Nurse, Certified Mother/Baby Nurse Aide and Labor Doula.  Amaryah is also currently in school completing a Pre-Med Program!  She has supported many mothers, especially with getting breastfeeding off to a good start.  Amaryah helps mothers by making sure they have good posture which is key to getting the baby's latch to be as painless as possible.  Choosing a position that feels comfortable to mom is also important.  If one position is not working, then she can show her new positions to try to see if the baby will latch better.  However, she believes that it is the mother's choice as to how she wants to feed her baby.  She can also provide support with bottle-feeding!  Amaryah loves to show new parents how to soothe their baby and how to read cues to figure out what their baby needs.  Helping families with their newborn infants and children brings her so much joy and fulfillment.  Babies bring so much happiness to our world, and to witness these precious moments is truly a privilege.
